Waiting for my prescription to be sent in

AI Highlights
  • - Suboxone can't be prescribed because tramadol is an opioid.
  • - I wasn't aware tramadol is an opioid.
  • - Summer I could take stronger painkiller with Suboxone.

The doctor said she had a problem prescribing me the Suboxone because I was prescribed tramadol. I didn't know tramadol was an opioid, so I said I would stop taking it.

The Suboxone is much more important, so she said she'd prescribe it and leave notes for the next doctor, but it's been over an hour, and she hasn't sent it in.

Over the summer, I was prescribed a stronger painkiller, and they said I could take them together! This isn't fair!

The doctor called in Suboxone film, and I can't take the film; I have to take the tablets. The film makes me sick.

AI Highlights
  • - Downloaded the app and filled the form.
  • - Intake and doctor interview completed; the doctor explained program and prescribed a week of medication.

Well, I downloaded the app and filled out the application. I proceeded to set up an appointment for the intake form.

After that, I made an appointment for a doctor interview. He interviewed me to make sure that everything was accurate and correct with my situation.

After that, he explained everything about the program, their services, and everything they provide. Then he prescribed a week's supply of the medication I needed, and we went from there.

User's recommendation: It's a great service and a great investment for your future

AI Highlights
  • - Too many mistakes and slow delivery.
  • - Rx arrived late after the 17th.
  • - Monthly doctor visits required; information not shared; questions cost more.

Too many mistakes. This comes from China.

It takes forever to receive. I had an appointment on the 17th and didn't get my Rx until the first week of the following month. They force you to have a DR appointment every month, and the Dr. and the company do not share info, and you can never ask the Dr.

any questions unless you pay again. I paid triple for this last and final month before I found a US compounding solution with incredible service, caring people, and fast delivery.

I suggest you stay away from these people as far as you can. Buyer beware.

My daughter was lied to by one of their Physicians

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full
AI Highlights
  • - Harley Stevens paid $99 for the first visit and got a 7-day Suboxone supply.
  • - Today she was told to pay another $99 for a refill, despite prior promise.

My daughter Harley Stevens has an opioid addiction and is really trying to get off them by using Quick MD for Suboxone. Her initial visit was a week ago; she paid $99 for the visit and was only given a 7-day supply and was told by the physician she'd get another refill today and there would be no charge!

When she tried to set up the appointment today, they said since she'd been on Suboxone and used Quick MD in 2023 that she'd have to pay for the visit today, another $99. When Harley explained what the physician had told her, they said he was misinformed, but she was going to talk to her supervisor about it and maybe she wouldn't be charged and would get the Suboxone tablets she desperately needs today! She's really been trying harder than ever to get off opioids and she has a full-time job now. The receptionist emailed her back after just a few minutes and told her she'd have to pay the $99 again today to get another RX of Suboxone!

I'm sorry, but the physician was negligent in giving Harley only a 7-day supply of Suboxone and they're not going to work with her in any way, and Harley doesn't have $99 today, so she's going to be really sick and try to go to work tomorrow. But I'm sorry, Quick MD should just give Harley her RX for the rest of the month since it was the physician's fault for only giving her a 7-day RX and telling her the visit today would be no charge!

I'll tell anyone it breaks my heart to see this happen to her and for Quick MD to know the mistake was on them and to tell her that she was going to advocate for her to her supervisor and in just a few minutes to email her and tell her the supervisor said she still had to pay another $99 to get another Suboxone RX after she just paid the $99 last Wednesday and the physician didn't give her a month supply; the negligence falls on him and Quick MD, don't you agree? Thank you, Ruth Register.

Loss:
$99
Cons:
  • Theres no customer support line to call for help in real time

Preferred solution: Harley shouldn’t be charged $99 and she should get her Suboxin RX as she was told by the Physician at Quick MD, the Physician assured her there would be no charge for today and she’d get a 3 week supply of Suboxin

User's recommendation: Use another company, physician other than Quick MD because Harley asked him not once but three times was he sure she wouldn’t be charged for today and another Suboxin RX

It sounds like your daughter mislead or omitted being a previous Suboxone patient. EVERY written or spoken word out of your daughter’s mouth was analyzed and verified.....

after the appointment.

That’s why only an initial 7 day supply is given. And her being a previous Suboxone patient is why she doesn’t qualify as a new patient for the fee waiver after 7 days.

Mykayla Jwq

Your daughter is an addict. How do you know that she is not the one that ls lying? Honestly, if you did a better job at parenting she would not be an addict.

Guest

Why doesn’t she have a local doctor for treatment? Where was she last month?

Did she mislead QuickMD about being a new patient? Only NEW Suboxone patients get the $99 7-day supply with the no charge for the second visit.

  • - Quick MD is not at fault; pharmacies won't fill my script.
  • - They have been doing their best to help, but the problem is with the pharmacies.

I have no issues with quick MD themselves, it's getting pharmacies to fill my script is the problems. I have to honestly say although my problem has not been resolved yet, quick MD has been doing there absolute best trying to help me along the way.

Wish there was just an easier process and faster way to resolving the problem but there doing the best they can. Again it's not quick MDs fault the pharmacies are giving me problems, it's the pharmacies themselves that are the problem.

This company slammed my credit card for $649.00 and never shipped anything. I cant even get a tracking number and its been weeks.

Cant get anyone on the phone and only bots respond to chat or emails. Lots of reviews online say the same thing and the only way to get a refund is to report fraud on your credit card.
