I paid $100 to get an appointment. The appointment never came.
They charged me $100. I made another appointment for another $100. As for a refund, they said I would get it and then I got a prescription for a week. I went back in a week.
Got a prescription for a month but when they turn it into the pharmacy they have not contacted the pharmacy to get prior authorization. It's been over a week without my meds

Verified ReviewerCharged $99 and never got call from dr
I paid $99 yesterday and scheduled a 6:40 AM appointment this morning with Dr. Jiansan Gu.
I was on the app, checked in, and waiting for my call at exactly 6:40. They called and let it ring half of a ring and the minute I answered, they hung up. Now, they are trying to make me pay another $99 to schedule another appointment! I want my money back or a doctor to actually call me ASAP.
Customer service is absolutely horrendous and no help whatsoever. I'm definitely feeling like I got scammed, but I'm praying so hard that's not the case.
I just want a doctor to actually call me or a refund because I literally scraped together everything I had to pay for this appointment. I can't afford another one just because they hung up after half of a ring.
- Lost hundred dollars and no support
Preferred solution: Full refund

Verified Buyer |The absolute worst telehealth company ever
So if your pharmacy doesn't have your medication in stock they reserve the right to take up to 72 hours to answer a question. Which if you take a controlled substance you can't follow it early so to leave a paying patient without medication is absurd it's also unethical and borderline Malpractice.
Next if your phone dies the clinical staff does little to nothing to help in ANY WAY they state you were unresponsive and charge a cancelation fee of 35 dollars even if you've been writing them through whole time letting them know your phone died. Customer service is a JOKE literally. Save yourself time and money try Ophelia they accept most insurance even medicaid in some cases they answer emergencies right away...like real clinicians trying to help.
Quick MD is a cash grab if you have a few bucks you can get drugs for them...basically like a legal drug dealer. But don't have an emergency they take up to 72 hours to respond.

Verified ReviewerAppointment issues
I had a family emergency and wasn't able to schedule my usual monthly appointment, and my doctor, whom I usually use, isn't available until next month. If I use a different doctor this one time, would it matter or would it prevent me from getting my medication? I just don't want to waste my money by choosing another doctor this time.
- None besides my doctor not being available
Preferred solution: An answer based upon my previous statements

Verified Reviewer |After you pay your money and you have your visit when something goes wrong, you cannot get in touch with the doctor and you can go to days without your medication
I feel very upset because I will have to go all weekend without my medication and I think they should have an answering service for that particular doctor. She said, 'Even though you do see them on the web.
My 2nd horrible experience
Sub appointments can sometimes be hard to come by if you have a full time job to accomodate and I used to occasionally use this service when I couldnt get to my minthly refill apt. The past 2 times I have used the service, they call in the rx, and then immediately cancel it.
I am on my 3rd day of no sub and I have to take time off today to go to rhe crisis center for a refill.
Besides this, the provider that saw me was so incredibly rude and inpatient and, bcs I speak up when people treat me that way, I sent a msg making it known. Went to pick up rx and they only had 3. Went back to pick up the rest 3 days later and it had been cancelled. If this is how they deal with complaints, they are just another drug dealer w a DA license.
No way to contact anyone. Their 800# refers you back to web.
Ive sent multiple msgs with no response. I am certainly disputing the $99 on my account and it will be the last time they do this to me.I would only use this emservice again if I was desperate.
User's recommendation: I would only use if desperate.

Verified ReviewerGREAT SERVICE ALL AROUND
I was skeptical at first, but they came through and made every step of the process so easy to understand. Everything from booking my appointment, making my payment, filling out intake forms, seeing the doctor, understanding my medications, and when I needed to follow up. I highly recommend, and I'm an official QuickMD supporter!

Verified ReviewerOnline issues
I am not tech-savvy and was unable to figure out how to sign in for appointments. I entered my credit card information and have been charged $99.
I'm not sure an online physician can help me due to a severe allergic reaction to Buprenorphine. I wasn't sure if it's the same medication as Suboxone (which I took for years) but I'm unable to take the medication labeled Buprenorphine.

Can't get a hold of him. I can't talk to any receptionists; no one understands what you're saying.
I've been trying to contact you all for months. Just discharge me, please, and send it to Medvidi.

Recent Visit
I have been using QuickMD for over 2 years, my most recent visit is just one of many complications I've had to endure. For one the doctor I spoke with was extremely rude and judgmental.
He accused me of putting my newborn daughter in danger of switching my medication AS ADVISED BY MY USUAL DOCTOR while I was pregnant with her to avoid any complications and when I protested my usual doctor advised it he blamed ME. My doctor was not available at the time, so I booked my visit with another doctor since in the past that was never really an issue. However, again as I said this doctor was terribly unprofessional and switched my medication back to the prior medication that made me have adverse side effects including leg swelling and horrible headaches. Thankfully I'll be seeing a new doctor IN PERSON in my home state at the end if the month, so I won't have to endure this ruddy business again in the future.
I will bay my usual doctor was perfectly fine.
The customer service is AWFUL. If you expect a prompt response forget it, you'll be waiting 23 days which isn't great especially if you're waiting to get a medication you take daily.
My best advice is its fine if you can't find a provider near you that is affordable or takes your insurance BUT if you can find a provider that you can afford or takes your insurance GO THERE.
User's recommendation: Only use as a last resort.

Resolved: Extra charge from Quick MD
I have been using Quick MD for almost two years. I have loved every single doctor I've ever spoken to each month, like clockwork.
The fee is $99. Other places charge less now, but I've stayed with Quick MD because I've had pleasant experiences every time. There have been two times before when there was an issue, but after going back and forth with support, the issues were resolved to my satisfaction. They recently changed their system two months ago.
Last month, I had an issue where the doctor didn't call. So, I canceled the appointment and rescheduled. I was charged again but was able to easily explain what happened to the representative, and I was issued a credit. Today, I had my monthly appointment.
There is a place you check for audio only. I apparently missed checking the box. My appointment time came and I received no call. I reached out to support and was told that I had chosen to do a video appointment.
I told her that was not accurate and that I've never had a video appointment in the history of using their services and it must have been a system glitch. We have been back and forth all day and they are refusing to refund the fee for the canceled appointment. I am stunned that they would rather lose a loyal paying patient, who has been patient every time the site has been down due to the new system, than to issue a credit for the $35 I was charged. They are still getting their money; I am not asking for it back.
I'm asking for a credit. I was by my phone, waiting at the time of the appointment. They have changed their website and I apparently did not put a checkmark where required—otherwise, they automatically sign you up for a video appointment. This is such an unnecessary charge because they changed their system and I missed a box.
The appointment took place at 3:20 instead of 2:10 and I'm being charged twice.
My whole family used Quick MD, friends too, because of how the doctors are. Quick MD lost us all due to the horrible support team.
User's recommendation: If you have a problem, you can expect no help from anyone in support group.

My usual pharmacy is out of stock of the Suboxone that I take. I ran out of my prescription this morning and cannot go without it, so I need my prescription transferred to Walgreens at 1402 Ohio Ave., Lynn Haven, FL 32444, as soon as possible. Thank you.
