I have been using QuickMD for over 2 years, my most recent visit is just one of many complications I've had to endure. For one the doctor I spoke with was extremely rude and judgmental.

He accused me of putting my newborn daughter in danger of switching my medication AS ADVISED BY MY USUAL DOCTOR while I was pregnant with her to avoid any complications and when I protested my usual doctor advised it he blamed ME. My doctor was not available at the time, so I booked my visit with another doctor since in the past that was never really an issue. However, again as I said this doctor was terribly unprofessional and switched my medication back to the prior medication that made me have adverse side effects including leg swelling and horrible headaches. Thankfully I'll be seeing a new doctor IN PERSON in my home state at the end if the month, so I won't have to endure this ruddy business again in the future.

I will bay my usual doctor was perfectly fine.

The customer service is AWFUL. If you expect a prompt response forget it, you'll be waiting 23 days which isn't great especially if you're waiting to get a medication you take daily.
My best advice is its fine if you can't find a provider near you that is affordable or takes your insurance BUT if you can find a provider that you can afford or takes your insurance GO THERE.

My doctor never got prescription

I love the idea of the service you need to choose your doctors better that respond to your needs. I have very important medications I needed and they were never filled. But they certainly accepted my payment.

I had an appointment yesterday morning at 11:55.. dr never called me, I went to work nor realizing I never got a call, it was only when I finished work at 1030 at night that I realized no one called.

Its now 2 days later and support is basically telling me to wait until the 8th, when they could easily squeeze me in tomorrow,. They are deliberately pushing me off, and they know Im out of meds, and will withdraw what kinda company operates like this. The support is nothing but a bunch of people who go out of their way to give you a hard time, dont care; and they lie. One thing that makes a good company is having excellent support, you can make all the changes to your app, but you still have the worst customer service around.

The customer service has been terrible from day one, and the fact they havent done anything about it shows they dont care either. Im truly disgusted by the way Im being treated and the lack of caring, I will be contacting the department of health with this as well.

This isnt right that patients are left w no meds and told told wait 5 days, when I can easily be squeezed in. My phone call with my doctor takes all of two seconds..

Seen a provider 3 times no problem the forth time same doctor doesn't partake in medicaid

I have been sober for 5 months, everything with this company was doomed from the start. 1st the doctor that I have seen everything went great when I went to pick up my medication I was told the provider cant give prescription in my state.

The doctors that come up to choose from are supposed to be close and service the state you're in. I paid another $99.00. I was on a great road to sobriety, then I found a doctor that I actually like. Same doctor for 3 visits insurance paid now I made my appointment 2 days earlier just in case something like this happens and boom the same doctor this time doesn't participate in medicaid all of a sudden.

I don't know why these situations keep happening, customer service is no help telling me that the prescriber doesn't participate in medicaid ... How when i've seen him prior to this time. The o well response is crazy to be unsure, i asked if someone could call or have the doctor to call.

No refund and if they do decide to give a refund they keep $35.00 of that. I feel like a certain question should be asked, no one has 600.00 to spend on medication if they don't have to staying clean means having the proper medication.
